Government & Enterprise

SecureWarn, a DBA of SentryVista LLC, builds Dayabout, a location risk intelligence app for emergency managers, adjusters, and field teams. Scoring is deterministic and built on authoritative U.S. public-agency data, works fully offline, and processes everything on-device.

Why teams use Dayabout

  • Deterministic and auditable. The same inputs always produce the same score, computed from published U.S. public-agency data, not an opaque, shifting estimate.
  • Explainable. Every location shows a category breakdown benchmarked to national and state averages, with the data sources named in-app.
  • Offline-first. Core scoring, the map, and on-device AI run with no connection, which matters most when networks are degraded during an incident.
  • Private by construction. No account, no third-party tracking, and no SecureWarn server that receives your data.

Who it serves

Emergency management

County and state EOCs get a shared, offline-capable risk picture and a Command display that mirrors to a wall screen for situational awareness.

Insurance & adjusting

Adjusters and underwriters check a property's hazard profile (flood, wildfire, and more) from public-agency data before a site visit or a decision.

Field & security teams

Route comparison, live alerts, and per-location scoring support planning and duty-of-care for people working across changing conditions.

Brokerages & real estate

Surface a location's public hazard picture for clients quickly, with an exportable PDF report that names its sources.

Command display for EOCs

Dayabout's Command presentation mode turns an iPad into a situational-awareness display: a live regional map, environmental condition cards, and a composite score ring, mirrored to a TV or projector over HDMI or AirPlay. It runs on hardware a team already owns.

Deployment

Dayabout is compatible with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) for managed distribution to a fleet of devices. Enterprise tier entitlements can be provisioned to devices without an App Store account, stored securely in the iOS Keychain.

Accessibility & compliance

Dayabout is built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidance, with VoiceOver support, Dynamic Type, and sufficient color contrast. A self-assessed Accessibility Conformance Report covering WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA and Revised Section 508 is available to procurement teams on request. It states, criterion by criterion, which are verified by blocking automated gates and per-surface audits and which await the manual assistive-technology pass, rather than asserting blanket conformance.
